Platform Usage Data:

• Vendor profiles, product catalogues, and pricing information you upload.
• Enquiries (RFQs) created, quotes received, and eAuction outcomes.
• Platform activity logs: login timestamps, features used, pages visited.
• Device information: browser type, operating system, IP address.

Communication Data:

• Messages sent to our support team via email or contact forms.
• Feedback, reviews, or survey responses you provide voluntarily.

How We Use Your Data

We use your data strictly for legitimate business purposes related to providing and improving the Procure4Less platform:

• To create and manage your account and provide platform access.
• To process subscriptions and handle billing securely.
• To send automated emails for enquiries, eAuction invitations, and quote notifications.
• To provide customer support and respond to your queries within 24 hours.
• To analyse platform usage and improve features, performance, and user experience.
• To send platform updates, product announcements, and important service notifications.
• To comply with Indian legal and regulatory requirements, including GST compliance.

Procure4Less uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience and understand how the platform is used. We use the following types of cookies:

• Essential Cookies: Required for the platform to function — session management, login state, and security tokens. These cannot be disabled.

• Vendors you invite: When you create an enquiry, the relevant product and quantity details are shared with the specific vendors you select. No other business data is shared.
• Payment processors: Billing data is securely passed to our payment gateway partners to process subscription payments. We do not store card details.
• Google Analytics: Anonymised, aggregated website usage data is shared with Google solely for analytics purposes.
• Legal compliance: We may disclose data if required by Indian law, court order, or government authority under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
• Business transfer: In the event of a merger or acquisition of Pearlcon Technologies LLP, your data may be transferred to the acquiring entity — you will be notified beforehand.

Data Storage & Security

We take the security of your business data seriously. Here is how we protect it:

• All data is stored on secured servers. Sensitive data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard TLS/SSL protocols.
• Access to your data is restricted to authorised Pearlcon Technologies LLP personnel only, on a need-to-know basis.
• We conduct regular security reviews and vulnerability assessments of the platform.
• Password data is hashed — we never store your password in plain text.

Data Retention: We retain your account data for the duration of your subscription and for up to 90 days after account termination, after which it is permanently deleted. Anonymised usage data may be retained longer for analytical purposes.

Vendor Data

Vendors who are invited to participate in enquiries or eAuctions on Procure4Less have specific data rights:

• Vendor participation in the platform is free. Vendors do not pay any subscription fee.
• Vendor login credentials (auto-generated) are used solely to allow access to the specific enquiry or auction they are invited to.
• Vendors' submitted quote data (prices, transport charges) is shared only with the buying company that created the enquiry.
• Vendors can contact us at service@pearlcons.com to request removal of their data from our platform.

Buying companies (Users) are responsible for ensuring they have proper authorisation to upload vendor contact details to the platform.

Your Rights

As a user of Procure4Less, you have the following rights in relation to your personal and business data:

• Right to Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you and your company.
• Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data in your account.
• Right to Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to legal retention requirements.
• Right to Data Portability: Request an export of your data (vendor lists, product catalogues, enquiry history) in a common format.
• Right to Withdraw Consent: Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time by unsubscribing or contacting us.
• Right to Restrict Processing: Request that we limit how we use your data in specific circumstances.

Children's Privacy

Procure4Less is a B2B platform designed exclusively for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect any personal data from individuals under the age of 18.

Third-Party Links

The Procure4Less platform and website may contain links to third-party websites (for example, payment gateways or partner services). These external sites have their own privacy policies, and we have no control over their content or data practices.
